This is a legally binding agreement with PTD Ninja Ltd ("PTD Ninja"), the providers of the Online Personal Training Certification service (OPTC). This is not a credit application; PTD Ninja is not a bank or financial institution. The payment terms described herein are solely offered by PTD Ninja, and applying will not affect your credit rating.

Upon submission, you may receive an email requesting confirmation of your email address. You must confirm this within 10 minutes of receiving the message, or your application will be declined. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders.

You may also receive an SMS message to verify your phone number. Similar to the email verification, failure to confirm this within 10 minutes of receipt will result in application denial.

For payment terms offered to registered entities, including self-employed individuals, please provide your company registration number, tax number, VAT number, UTR, or any other tax reference (i.e., a number your Tax Authority uses to identify you).

Before approval, PTD Ninja will verify your provided information, including Company No/Sales Tax ID, and confirm your address, email, and phone number. Any previous history with PTD Ninja will also be considered.

All payments must be made in advance to gain access to the PTD Ninja Portal or any PTD Ninja services, unless this application is approved. Logging into the PTD Ninja Portal for the first time negates any entitlement to a refund, as the content will have already been made available. From this point forward, you will be legally obligated to fulfill all 3 payments under this agreement, or legal action will be initiated to recover the balance and any related costs.

After 14 days, regardless of login status, you will no longer be entitled to a refund. This does not affect your consumer rights; a request for a refund within 14 days of purchase may result in a partial refund based on completion level, solely at PTD Ninja's discretion.

If your application is approved, you will be offered an instalment plan. Failure to pay all instalments will result in legal action to recover the balance and any associated costs. This is not a subscription plan; it is a method of spreading the full cost of the service and cannot be cancelled.

This agreement allows the cost to be spread over 3 monthly payments, plus a 10.5% administration fee. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. First payment: £175 (due upon agreement activation)

2. Second payment: £175 (due approximately 30 days after activation)

3. Final payment: £175 (due approximately 60 days after activation)

Payments are made in UK pounds sterling (£). Any bank charges or fluctuations in exchange rates may affect your monthly instalment amount. You are responsible for any such charges or rate changes.

All PTD Ninja policies apply as if you had paid upfront. Failed payments will incur legal action and any costs associated with such actions will be added to your total liability. Missed payments breach the instalment agreement, require immediate payment of the full balance, and incur a £12+VAT administrative fee per missed payment attempt. Should a payment fail, PTD Ninja will attempt to take the payment 5 times over the course of 7-10 working days. Each unsuccessful attempt will incur a charge of £12+VAT.

If a payment is missed, your access to the PTD Ninja Portal and all PTD services will be revoked until full payment plus any admin charges is made. You will not be allowed to use any content, resource, or intellectual property from PTD, including but not limited to the PTD Ninja white label library and any systems provided or created by PTD Ninja until all dues are settled.

PTD Ninja reserves the right to access your PT Distinction and remove any content or intellectual property if full payment is not received within 30 days of a failed payment.

This agreement is governed by UK law, and any legal action taken will be conducted in the UK under UK jurisdiction and law.
